We ship from local warehouses in the United States, The Netherlands and New Zealand to most destinations in the world. For some products and destinations you can choose from different options in cost and speed of delivery. With customer feedback we have started moving to only using tracked services so you may only see one shipping option at checkout depending on your region. The shipping cost will be displayed when you add an item to your shopping cart.

We reserve the right to contact you in the event that your shipping charges significantly exceed those quoted. In this event, you may opt to pay the extra postage costs and proceed with your order or cancel your order with a full refund.

Please Note

  • As of 29 June 2015 we no longer ship to the Russian Federation. We are sad to have to take this measure as we have many fans in the country, but it has become impossible to find a reliable shipping service from our warehouses to addresses in Russia. Customers in Russia may still use their Wētā account to ship items to addresses outside the Russian Federation.
  • As of March 2022 we are unable to ship orders directly to the Ukraine. We are terribly sorry for our friends and fans overseas but there are no couriers who will currently deliver to your region. We look forward to being able to serve you again soon.  In the mean time, there is a retailer that stocks our products which can be found here.
