We use different carriers for different areas of the world. We choose our carriers with value for money in mind, i.e. the best possible service at a price that is in proportion to the value of the goods.
For some products and destinations, we offer a choice of shipping methods.
For smaller items, generally under NZ$250 value and under 2kg/4.5lbs shipping from our New Zealand warehouse we use NZ Post International Air as standard. This is a standard postal service - not a courier - and will usually be delivered via the postal system in your country.
This service is tracked for shipments to: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, South Korea, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Latvia, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UK and the United States.
Any countries not in this list are sent untracked. We do recommend upgrading to a 2-6 day tracked service in this case.
Most other shipments of more valuable and heavier items (over 2kg/4.5lbs) are via trackable couriers, either NZ Post International Courier (NZ warehouse), FedEx (NZ warehouse), DHL (NZ warehouse) via UPS Ground (US warehouse), USPS (US warehouse - Canadian orders) or DPD Parcel Service (EU warehouse). You will be sent a tracking code when your item is dispatched.
For fragile collectibles and valuable items, we choose reliable, best-of-breed couriers that will ensure swift and careful delivery.
