The most common reason your tracking number isn't working is that your order was shipped with an untracked postal service when you placed your order.

If your parcel reference number starts with CC, UW or is missing altogether, this means it's an untracked service.

For tracked orders placed on our website, it may take up to 24 hours before the tracking number we email you is activated when the courier picks up your parcel. Longer if an order is placed just before or on a weekend (NZ time).
