Due to heavily reduced numbers of cargo flights operating in the world, international couriers have introduced surcharges. These are supposedly temporary and fluctuate every month so we will monitor them closely and won't charge them any longer than we need to.
The surcharges affect shipments from New Zealand to Asia, Europe and North America. They are currently (from 1 May 2020 NZST) between US$2-7 per kg, which means for example:
- A 1kg package from NZ to Europe now costs US$22.58 instead of US$20.58
- A 5kg package from NZ to Hong Kong now costs US$54.71 instead of US$45.96
- A 2kg package from NZ to the US now costs US$36.24 instead of US$32.24
The correct and up-to-date shipping costs will as usual be shown during checkout so there are no surprises.
Shipping costs from our US and EU warehouses are currently unaffected.
Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding. We’ll get back in touch with you as soon as we have any further updates.
