Can I use my Weta Dollars to pay for sale items?

Yes, Weta Dollars can count towards all or part of your purchase. The remaining total will be charged to your credit card.

Will I earn Weta Dollars on sale items?

Yup, it’s business as usual. For every $20 USD you spend on our site, you earn 1 Weta Dollar or more depending on Collector  Status. Just make sure you are signed into your account while checking out.

Are Payment Plans available on sale items?

Payment Plans are available on selected sale items. If the item is eligible, you’ll notice a box directly above the Buy Now button indicating a monthly payment option. Learn more about payment plans

Returns, Amendments & Exchanges

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We cannot process any special requests, change address details or accept cancellations during the sale period. Please double check your product selection and shipping address before placing your order.

Can I return or exchange a sale item?

No, all sales are final during the Boxing Day Sale. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for ‘change of mind’ purchases. If an item is faulty, our standard returns policy applies.


Do you ship to a P.O. Box?

No. Any such orders will be cancelled and refunded.

Do you offer combined shipping?

Sorry, we are not able to offer combined shipping at this time, other than what the cart combines automatically, i.e. some smaller items.

Which shipping option should I choose?

We strongly recommend selecting a TRACKED shipping option for orders to fast-track the delivery and trace the whereabouts of your package.

When will my order arrive?

We expect shipping delays to occur due to the influx of orders during the sale and the general pressure on World-Wide logistics due to the pandemic. Please allow at least an additional 5 – 10 days for your order to be delivered.


You can check the progress of your delivery by selecting a TRACKED shipping option.


For all untracked orders from our NZ warehouse, please allow a minimum of 31 business Days for delivery.
