These are the official terms and conditions for participation in Wētā Workshop & Agoro – SDCC 2026 eDM Signup (the “Contest”). By entering, you agree to the following terms, forming a contract between you (the “entrant”) and Wētā Workshop Limited and New Zealand Mint Limited the co-promoters of this Contest. You must use your real name when signing up for the Contest, and confirm that all information you provide is complete and accurate. If you are under 18 your parent or legal guardian must provide their consent, and must agree to these Rules and ensure you follow them. Otherwise we may disqualify you from the Contest and/or collecting any prizes.
Contest period: The contest will run from July 22nd to August 1st 2026 PDT
How to enter:
Scan the QR code shown on the poster or postcard at SDCC 2026 and complete the form with your details..
Completing the form signs you up to the Wētā Workshop email newsletter and constitutes your consent to Wētā Workshop sharing your information with Agoro, who will use it to sign you up to their own email newsletter and contact you with their own marketing. Eligibility:
Open to individuals who attend San Diego Comic-Con 2026 and who complete the entry form as set out above.

Prize Value approximately $2,500 USD
Important:
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Only one entry per person.
Prize draw:
The winner will be selected by certified random draw on or before August 8th 2026. Wētā Workshop will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner by email. If the winner does not confirm their availability by September 5th 2026, the prize will be forfeited and redrawn.
Wētā Workshop may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, misleading, or in breach of these rules.
By entering this competition you agree that;
Wētā Workshop will collect your personal information to run this promotion and will share it with Agoro for the same purpose. Wētā Workshop and Agoro will each independently use your information to send you marketing updates about their own products, services, and future promotions, in accordance with their respective privacy policies linked above.
If you wish to have your personal information deleted, you will need to contact Wētā Workshop and Agoro separately, as each company holds and manages your information independently. Please note that requesting deletion prior to completion of the competition may affect your eligibility to receive a prize.
