Weta reserves the right to cancel and refund any order we can no longer fulfil.

In some cases, our site may oversell an item during a sale event.

Our Support Team will email the customer notifying them of such cases.

Please note, it brings no joy for our Support Team emailing such news to our amazing customers.

Please feel reassured, our team has done everything possible to try and fulfil your order, this includes exploring fulfilment options from other warehouses.

If we’re unable to fulfil the order form the selected warehouse, we’ll offer two options:

  1. We can cancel and refund the order.

  2. We can arrange to have your order sent from the next available warehouse.

If a customer selects option 2, they would be liable to pay any custom fees associated.

Should the item be sold out across all warehouses, support will automatically cancel and refund the order.

If Support receives no response to the notification email after 5 business days, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
