When your order is shipped, your regional warehouse will send an email with tracking details to the email you checked out with. Some of our emails can go to your spam folder so please check there before contacting our support team. If you checked out as a guest, you will need to sign in and become a registered user to track your order on wetanz.com.
To find your tracking number in your account on wetanz.com please sign in to your account and select My Orders.
From here, please select View Order, next to the order you want to check.
Once you are in the order page, please select the Shipments tab. From here you will see the Tracking Numbers associated with your order if it has been shipped.
