If you chose a tracked service at checkout, you will find your tracking number in the order record in your account. Go to:
https://www.wetanz.com/account and click on the order you want to track.
Then click on the tracking reference number:
When you are waiting for a shipment from our NZ warehouse and live in one of the following countries, you can get more information from your local tracking website and in some cases access more functionality such as redirection.
Just copy and paste your NZ Post tracking number and use it on one of the following websites:

Your tracking reference will also be in the shipping confirmation email you receive when an item leaves our warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE: Not all shipments are tracked. There are still destinations and service methods that don't provide tracking and in these cases there won't be a tracking link included in the order confirmation, nor in the order record.
