When your order is shipped, your regional warehouse will send an email with tracking details to the email you checked out with. Some of our emails can go to your spam folder so please check there before contacting our support team. If you checked out as a guest, you will not see tracking details on our account.
Please note if you chose an untracked shipping or standard post, there is no guarantee that your tracking will update. If you chose a tracked service at checkout, you will find your tracking number in your account when the order has shipped. Go to:

The despatch of our products from our EU warehouse are organized by Seabourne Group.
Orders shipping within the United States are shipped with UPS.
Orders shipping internationally from the US (Canada, Mexico, etc.) are shipped with USPS and Global Post.
