Our Warehouse is only following protocol on orders:

  • Placed from a high-risk country

  • A first-time customer spending over $1,000 USD

If we’re requesting this code, please note your order will be placed on-hold until the correct code is provided.

What you need to:

  • Contact your bank or credit card company to provide 6-digit code

  • Email the code back to Support

Once we receive the code, we’ll have your order dispatched within 24 hours.

Failure to provide the code after 7 business days will result in your order being cancelled and refunded.
