Please note that changing your shipping address in your account does not update your pending orders.
For in stock items you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If you make the Subject or your ticket "Change of Address" we will be able to prioritize your request.
Please note we have three warehouses all over the globe and we cannot guarantee that we can stop an item before it ships. Therefore it is your responsibility to ensure your details are correct before checkout. Once your order is processed and sent to our warehouse team, we cannot change your shipping address.
For an item on Pre-Order, please contact our team and we will get the address updated for you, provided that your new address is in the same country. If you have moved to a new country during the pre-order period, your order may be subject to different shipping costs and a new invoice.
To change your address, please sign in to your account on wetanz.com using the link at the top right of the website.
Once your are signed in, please select Address Book from the left sidebar.
From here you can edit your Default Shipping Address and add New Addresses as well. Please note that the address you select at checkout will be applied at checkout. As long as you contact our team before final payment is taken we can update your shipping address.
