There are several reasons why an automated payment might fail from your bank declining the transaction to not having enough funds at the time your card was charged. Customers can retry payments for a Pre-Order or Payment Plan by signing into their account on wetanz.com.
Once you have signed into your account, please go to PRE-ORDERS & PAYMENT PLANS then select the View or Pay option next to the order you want to pay.
Once you've selected your order, you can choose the instalment you would like to pay, apply any Wētā Dollars you have to the transaction, and then select if you would like to pay with your Credit Card or PayPal account.
