If you're unable to log in to your account on wetanz.com from the Sign In page, please select "Forgot Your Password" next to the Sign In button or use the provided link here.
If you have an account for wetanz.com please enter your email address in the provided field and select Reset My Password.
You will be sent an email with a unique link to reset your password. Please check your spam or promotions folder if this email does not appear in your inbox. If you still do not receive an email then you do not have an account associated with that email address and will need to contact our support team here.
You will be sent an email from our collectibles team with a link to set a new password. Please click "Set A New Password".
A new tab will open in your browser and you will be asked to create a new password. Minimum length of this field must be equal or greater than 8 symbols. Leading and trailing spaces will be ignored. Once you are satisfied, please select "Set a New Password".
From there you will see a message confirming your password has been updated and then be asked to Sign In to your account on wetanz.com.
