The below terms and conditions apply to all sales made during the Promotions Period. 


This sale excludes Pre-order and End of Line items.

If you don't intend to read all the terms, please be aware:

  • NO address changes on orders placed – please check before you submit.
  • NO cancellations or refunds on sale items.
  • NO special packing or consolidation requests.
  • NO shipping to P.O. Boxes.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable Import Duty, Tax, or Brokerage Fees from the courier upon delivery. 

 Products, Offers and Ordering

  • Wētā Dollars may be used during the Promotion Period.
  • No address changes can be made on orders placed during the Promotion Period.
  • This sale does not include our End of Line products, please see terms for our End of Line collectibles here. 
  • This sale excludes all Pre-order items.
  • This sale excludes items on a Payment plan with the exception of selected Classic Series on a 3 month payment plan.
  • All offers made during the Promotion Period are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to remove any item at any time for any reason from the Promotion.
  • We reserve the right to offer a refund instead of a replacement on any Promotion item or other items where replacement stock isn't available.
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of pieces per product available for sale to any given customer at our discretion.
  • Selected products will be excluded from the Promotion, at Wētā’s discretion. These excluded products will not be accompanied on the website by any special offer blurb nor will they be tagged as special products.
  • One customer can place as many orders as they wish subject to Wētā’s reserved rights under these terms and conditions.

 Shipping and After-Sales Support

  • All orders will be shipped on a tracked courier service. Customers are responsible for any applicable Import Duty, Tax, or Brokerage Fees from the courier upon delivery. 
  • No cancellations will be accepted for orders of Promotion Items after they have been shipped in accordance with our cancellation policy subject to any applicable consumer legislation.
  • Please note that delivery timelines for Promotion Items will be longer than usual, during and for at least the two weeks following the Promotion . Please note that this is a target, not a guarantee, and that Wētā makes no warranties or representations as to the applicable delivery date for Promotion Items.
  • Orders that for any reason cannot be fulfilled will be refunded.
  • Special packing requests or consolidation of packages will not be available during the Promotion Period. How products are consolidated and shipped is at the discretion of Wētā.
  • If an order under this promotion is returned to our warehouse for any reason, customers will be provided with the appropriate refund based on our  Return to Sender policy. We will not process re-shipments for orders created under this promotion.
